Well, not really, but it seems like this stuff only happens there.  The Georgia Appeals court just ruled that taking pictures up someone’s skirt-without their knowledge-is perfectly legal.  This is allowed in many states-even minors aren’t safe-but only in the South would they rule that you don’t have the right to privacy…in your own clothing.

If I ever see anyone take a picture up anyone’s skirt, I will make my own kind of justice.  My friend said he would curb stomp anyone he caught doing that.  That sounds like justice to me.
