I need to start doing yoga. Previous injuries are coming back to haunt me. I am a very healthy person, but I can’t believe how stiff I am in the morning. I can’t believe how often I pull muscles, especially in my neck, back, and shoulders. I am on a muscle relaxer, but all it does is make me sleepy. A tired activist can’t save the world; an exhausted mom is no fun. Help me yoga, it is possible you are my only hope.
